The residence is located in Galata Trizinia opposite the island of Poros. Two hours from Athens at a distance of 160 km.
The farm has an area of 7500 square meters with 160 perennial olive trees, fruit trees, 50 ornamental cypress trees, with 6 separate gardens with succulents and ornamental flowers of all kinds and automatic watering system.

In the plot there is a three-level house consisting of the following:

Ground floor apartment of 90 square meters furnished with a separate entrance and with unlimited views with two bedrooms large living room, kitchen with reverse osmosis water filter and dining room, bathroom and storage room of 3 square meters. Central heating with water radiators.

In the same area of the ground floor are housed a large garage, two storage rooms with a total area of 140 square meters with shelves wardrobes, washing machine, freezer and auxiliary refrigerator.

There is also a special room – cellar of 20 square meters with a constant temperature all year round.

There is a separate siemens alarm system and motion sensors indoors and outdoors for each house separately.

At the front of the house there is a 10×5 meter waterfall style ecological swimming pool with electrolysis and adjustable PH construction 2022.

In the patio area next to the garage there is a large landscaped barbeque area with countertop, sink and seating area.

In the courtyard outside the closed garage there are two shaded parking spaces and outside the entrance of the maisonette there are five other parking spaces which are also shaded.

On the farm there is also an Orthodox chapel of 20 square meters made entirely of stone and wood.

The main entrance of the farm and the entrance to the garage are electrically opened with remote control.

The farm is perimeter enclosed with a paddock and galvanized security wire.

The farm is equipped with a perimeter fire safety system and water tanks and an electric generator.
